PERMISSION TO TRAVEL
U90C Tournaments are sanctioned through US Soccer Federation member organization US Club Soccer. Because US Club Soccer is a national company, Permission To Travel is not required for any U90C events anywhere within the US.
STAY-TO-SAVE HOTEL PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
This event operates a Stay-to-Save program and offers participating teams the opportunity to access negotiated group rates and associated program benefits by booking through our contracted partner hotel network, HBC Event Services. Participation in the event is not conditioned upon booking through a partner hotel. Teams who do not book through the partner hotel network remain eligible to compete in said event but will not receive Stay-to-Save program rates or benefits.
With competitive hotel rates, professionally negotiated room blocks with hotels located near the venue, and customer service representatives available 24/7, HBC Event Services makes the booking process simple and seamless for all attendees. In addition to discounted rates, HBC’s hotel agreements are specifically negotiated to help protect teams and families from many of the issues that can arise with independent bookings, including group cancellation concerns, attrition exposure, and hotel operational challenges. These protections help provide a more reliable and consistent lodging experience for all attendees.
Stay to Save creates a strong partnership between U90C Sports, HBC Event Services, local hotels, venues, coaches, teams, players, and families. This collaboration helps us maintain high-quality events, provide priority access to premier facilities, and continue investing in the growth of the sport and the communities that host our tournaments. These specially negotiated rates, accommodations, and event-related benefits are only available through the official housing program.
